The District 7 Dallas City Council candidate, best known for a MySpace photo picturing his burly self half-naked with fingers itching the triggers of two handguns, has the dubious distinction of winning the fewest number of votes among all candidates — 21 — during May 9′s City Council elections, final election records indicate.
It’s also the lowest vote total this decade by any Dallas City Council candidate in any race, according to election records.
